Mete chorchori(Chicken liver stir fry) Recipe:

 Mete Chorchori(Chicken Liver Stir Fry) Ingredients:

  • 250 gms chicken liver,cut in small pieces.
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped.
  • 2 medium potato ,cut in small cubes.
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves.
  • 2  to 3 finely chopped green chilies.
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste.
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • oil .
  • Garam masala.
  • salt to taste.

Mete Chorchori(Chicken liver stir fry) Preparation:

  1. Heat oil and fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown,remove from heat and keep aside.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in the pan and add the bay leaf,finely chopped onions and green chilies.Fry till the onions become soft.
  3. Now add red chili powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and fry for 1 minute or so.
  4. Put the chicken liver in the pan and stir fry the mixture for 5 to 6 min in medium heat.Add the fried potatoes and mix it well,add 1 cup of water in the pan and place a lid in it,let it cook for another in medium heat till the gravy becomes thick.
  5. remove the lid and stir fry for another 2 to 3 mins,add apinch of garam masala.
  6. serve with roti or rice.
