Aloo Hara payaz(Payaz kali) bhaji(Potato Spring onion fry) Recipe:

Aloo Hara payaz(Payaz kali) bhaji(Potato Spring onion fry) Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes,peeled and cut in long pieces.
  • 1 bunch of spring onion,chopped.
  • salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.

Aloo Hara payaz(Payaz kali) bhaji(Potato Spring onion fry) Method:

  1. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. Cut and wash the potatoes,spring onions and keep aside.

  3. When the cumin seeds start to crackle,add the potatoes in the pan and fry till they become golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt ,mix well.Stir fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped spring onions and fry till the spring onions are done.
